Come and rock out to some of the best rock and roll songs ever made! Hard Karma covers classic tracks with rockin' guitars, thunderous drums, thumping bass, lush keyboards and soaring vocals. The story of Hard Karma begins from the ashes of another local Pittsburgh band, ReCover. With ReCover's bass player moving on to other projects, the remaining members, including Pete Waddell (Mr. Nice Guy, The Rain Dogs) on drums, joined forces with bassist and singer Kurt Stevens, formerly of Joan Jett, Stories and the Elektra Records artist Naked City. The result was Hard Karma, which was named after two songs the band covered at the time, "Hard to Handle" and "Instant Karma". After a few successful shows and a departed singer/guitarist, singer/guitarist/keyboardist Nicky J. Allison (Split Shot, Analog Dream) was invited to the fold.
